Marcato’s Atlas ampia pasta machine easily rolls and cuts pasta dough for making 3 traditional Italian pasta shapes - lasagne, fettuccine, and tagliolini - at home with a consistent texture, cook time and taste. Rolled pasta cooks more evenly and absorbs more delicious sauce. The machine features an adjustment dial to easily control the dough thickness and personalize the pasta to each recipe. Quickly choose from 10 different thickness settings, between a paper-thin 0.6-millimeters to 4.8-millimeters. The pasta maker comes with the pasta machine, pasta cutter, hand crank, clamp and complete instructions. The pasta maker can be fitted with a Pasta Drive motor which is sold separately (No additional attachments are available for the Ampia.)
